Last friday we did a lot of nice excersises. We started with relaxing breathing exercise but also the challenging breath holds. I think these are always challenging. But that state of relaxed mind was the purpose to maintain this state as long as possible. Al the other excersises where actually to get you out of this state. The other things inside the excersis where mostly external. Movement and pressure and working with this was interesting. Do you still breath when you start the movement or are you holding you breath. Everything you do or don’t do effect the state that you are in mentally and physically. It was a evening well spent. Great to be on this journey.
